To add a new building to an existing school campus and to make the landscape more water-efficient and more useful for the students, this landscape design carefully knit together existing heritage trees and other plantings with new plantings.  We evaluated the existing irrigation system and made choices about which parts to replace in order to maximize our cost-effectiveness. The finished project has an improved relationship with the abutting neighbors and enjoys the benefit of numerous preserved mature trees in addition to the expanded facilities.
