Thompson Park

This playground is designed to serve pre-school aged kids and their families with age-appropriate equipment, universally-accessible features, a low perimeter fence and a good place to enjoy snacks: all features valuable to care-givers.  In public design workshops we found support for locating the playground in the shade of large existing canopy trees.
