This innovative co-working office space located in Hollywood features 60 individual studio spaces, a community center and a lush garden throughout the site.

The landscape design work for this innovative $44 million co-working office was developed through team-work to create a biophilic indoor-outdoor atmosphere and earn permits for an unusual design.  Our work included: design of lush and light-weight plantings atop a 40,000 SF parking structure; design of an irrigation system fueled by rainwater collected on-site and stored in a large cistern, design of accessible intricate pathways connecting an historic landmark building and 44 bungalows with safe pedestrian lighting giving a magical night-time atmosphere.
